The City of Minot, North Dakota, is requesting “Bids” from traffic signal equipment suppliers to provide traffic signal equipment for the 2019 Traffic Signal Improvement project. Interested suppliers must submit one (1) copy of their bid by 11:00 am, November 19, 2019 to:

“Bid for 2019 Traffic Signal Equipment”

Provide the City of Minot Traffic Department traffic signal equipment. Such equipment will include, but not limited to: signal cabinets, signal controllers, battery backup systems, video detection systems, video camera mast mounts, signal head LEDs, signal head housings, signal visors, signal head backplates, mast arm signal head brackets, pedestrian signal modules, emergency vehicle preemption lamps, detectors and phase selectors and more. Supplier will need to meet specifications set forth by the City of Minot Traffic Department.

Detailed information for those interested in submitting proposals is available in the City Traffic Department Office, City of Minot Public Works Building, 1025 31st Street SE, Minot, ND, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or telephone at (701) 857-4100. Bids must be delivered to the City Clerk by 11:00am on November 19, 2019. The City of Minot reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Each bid must be accompanied by a bidder’s bond, a certified check, or a cashier’s check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid and must be in a separate envelope marked “bid bond” and attached to the outside bid.
