2. What is CodeRed?

CodeRed is the system that the City of Minot and Ward County use to notify residents in the area of emergencies. When you sign up for CodeRed, you enter a phone number that can be called by Central Dispatch to alert you to any problems. This system is sometimes call "Reverse 911"

3. Where can I find information on road closures, detours and construction in the city?

The construction report is updated every Friday during the summer, and as needed during non-peak construction periods. Please note that these are mainly city projects, and not all Ward County or NDDOT projects are listed. Click here for the construction and projects page
