Comprehensive Plan/Future Land Use Map Amendment and Zone Change – Mellum’s First Addition

Public hearing request on an application from Ashley Beach and Karla MacIver Nelson, owners, to rezone Lot 1 & 2 of Mellum’s First Addition from C1, “Neighborhood Commercial District” to R1, “Single-Family Residential District” and to amend the Future Land Use Map of the Comprehensive Plan from “Neighborhood Commercial” to “Low Density Residential.”

These properties are located at 300 and 304 6th Avenue NE.
