Records

The Minot Police Department Records Division is headed by Sgt. Dale Plessas. The staff is comprised of the Clerk of Court, two Records Clerks, a Parking Control Clerk and a part time clerk.

Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Payments for Municipal Court fines bond forfeitures, parking tickets, and bonds posted for court may be made in the Police lobby 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

This division is responsible for the collection, recording, storage and retrieval of information and/or documentation regarding the  operational activities at the Minot Police Department. Copies of documents and criminal history checks may be obtained by following the proper request procedures and submitting the appropriate fee listed below.
