Terrorizing arrest

On November 4th at 1:05 AM, officers responded to the parking lot of Sports on Tap for a report of a hit and run. The driver of the striking vehicle was also alleged to have brandished a handgun prior to leaving the area.
Police located the vehicle parked in a parking lot in downtown Minot and found the driver in a nearby club. The investigation led to the recovery of a handgun from the vehicle and the subsequent arrest of 26 year old Justin L. De Leon of Minot.
De Leon was transported to Ward County Jail and is charged with Terrorizing, Carrying a Loaded Firearm in a Motor Vehicle, and Striking Unattended vehicles.
