OTHER BUSINESS

13.I.

ANIMAL PERFORMANCE EVENT PERMIT

It is recommended the City Council approve the attached Animal Performance Event Permits and authorize the Mayor to sign the permits. 
13.II.

LEGAL COUNSEL – 16TH CROSSING, LLC CDBG-DR DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT

It is recommended the City Council ratify City staff’s decision (as previously authorized at the September 5, 2017 regular City Council meeting) to retain Bakke, Grinolds, and Wiederholt as special counsel to pursue any remedies available to the City to either seek reimbursement of the CDBG-DR funds from 16th Crossing, LLC or negotiate a resolution permitted by the HUD rules and regulations.

It is recommended the City Council adopt the updated sales tax ordinances
